I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Apex, Cary, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Garner, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Wake Forest. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable in regards to the local schools and opportunities for families.
Personal
Growing up on a farm in Iowa, I learned at an early age the value of hard work and commitment to family. One of seven brothers and sisters in an extended, blended family, I developed an appreciation for working together toward a common goal. Today, my husband, Mike and I and our three children share a home in Cary, centered around family and church activities. “Whether I’m teaching piano lessons, ringing handbells at church, volunteering for school functions, or working with my real estate clients, I know that helping others is an integral part of who I am.”
I am proud to say that my children have participated in great learning opportunities in our public school systems. From elementary school all the way through college, we have been blessed to have outstanding and differentiated experiences for three children with totally unmatched skill sets.
Michal is a rising Senior at UNC-Chapel Hill majoring in music performance. Adam just completed his Freshman year at NCSU pursuing an engineering degree. Karissa will soon be a rising senior at Cary High with the future yet to be determined. Bets are being taken as to which NC school she will choose. She teases with the idea of Duke so as to complete a true triangle in our family as well as where we live.
As a parent, my recommendation is to get involved and be active with your kids' educational journey. In doing this, you will learn about them, yourself and our area. The friendships that are built along this path are invaluable. Have fun and enjoy becoming a part of what makes NC a great place to call "home".
